Elizabeth Carluccio is a Creative Director and Partner at oLo Brand Group, where she leads creative development for internal communications, consumer products, and corporate events. She specializes in shaping thoughtful brand identities and visual systems that carry seamlessly from early concept through final production.

Elizabeth began her career at Liz Claiborne, spending a decade as an Art Director helping to build and launch new brands across the company's portfolio. Partnering closely with division presidents and marketing teams, she played a key role in bringing brands to market through strategic brand development, packaging, retail environments, and integrated marketing campaigns. Her work has spanned a range of lifestyle categories, including sportswear, accessories, footwear, home furnishings, cosmetics, and fragrances.

Her passion for building brands from the ground up led her to start her own agency, where she consulted with companies including Mattel, Gant, and Unilever before joining oLo Brand Group as a Creative Director and Partner.

Elizabeth holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts. Her work has been recognized by AIGA, Print, and The Type Directors Club.
